Should your proposal be accepted into the conference program, you agree to the below conditions:
- To collaborate with the organizers and consider guidelines, suggestions and possible adaptations to format and content
- I am aware that my name, bio and photo will be used for promotional purposes by Hydrogen & Carbon Capture Technology Expo to inform delegates about the conference agenda
- I am aware that any photographs from the event may be used for promotional purposes by Trans-Global Events
- The conference team reserve the right to amend my presentation description and title in consultation with me in order to better suit the conference agenda
- The conference team reserve the right to alter the agreed time slot and will keep me informed of all updates 
- I am aware that it is my responsibility to arrange and fund my travel and accommodation when attending the conference - any expenses must be approved in writing by the conference team ahead of the conference
- I agree that I will inform the conference team in a timely manner should I no longer be able to attend, and will aim to provide an alternative speaker where possible
